The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has outlined a structured syllabus for its flagship programs: the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET), the CS Executive, and the CS Professional. These programs are tailored to prepare candidates for a career in corporate governance and compliance.

CSEET Syllabus 2022

The CSEET is the gateway to the CS course, and the 2022 syllabus includes four papers:

• Business Communication (50 marks)
• Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning (50 marks)
• Economic and Business Environment (50 marks)
• Current Affairs, Presentation and Communication Skills (Viva Voce) (50 marks)

The CSEET is conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) for 120 minutes, followed by a Viva Voce of 15 minutes.

CS Executive Syllabus 2022

The CS Executive program builds upon the foundation laid by the CSEET. The 2022 syllabus for the CS Executive program covers:
